Day 1
Fly direct from London Heathrow to Vancouver on arrival wheelchair accessible transfer to the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel where we will be based for the next 3 nights.
Day 2
Full day sightseeing tour of Vancouver, see Stanley Park, the third largest urban park in North America, the totem poles near Brockton Point, the formal Rose Garden and the Aquarium. Later we board the aerial tramway, the Grouse Mountain Skyride; from here you get breathtaking views of the city, the ocean, the snowy peaks and the Gulf Island.
Day 3
Free day, time to explore this relatively new city further. Many of Vancouver’s landmarks and historical buildings are located downtown together with excellent shops, restaurants and markets; the city is often ranked as one of the best cities to live in.
Day 4
Board the Tsawwassen Ferry to begin our tour to Victoria, on arrival we will visit the Butchart Gardens, rated as one of the most beautiful gardens in the world, after lunch transfer to the Fairmont Empress Hotel situated on the Inner Harbour. The hotel opened its doors in 1908 and since then has been serving afternoon tea in the Tea Lobby; we will be staying at the Empress Hotel for the next 3 nights.
Day 5
Today Victoria city tour, points of interest include Uplands the posh residential area, Beacon Hill Park, the Parliament Buildings and much more.
Day 6
Today is a free day; explore this beautiful city on your own. Take time to discover the charming shops along the waterfront, beautiful heritage buildings, restaurants and cafes.
Day 7
After breakfast we get back on the road our destination is Harrison Hot Springs, the small town is located on the southern end of Harrison Lake, the largest body of water in B.C. overnight stay at the Harrison Hot Springs resort.
Day 8
Today we drive into central B.C.; the Okanagan Valley is famous for its orchards and spectacular scenery. After checking in at the Delta Grand Okanagan for a 1 night stay the afternoon is free to explore the area further.
Day 9
We continue our journey eastward into the amazing Canadian Rocky Mountains. The scenic drive takes us through Mount Revelstoke, where we will stop for lunch. Arriving in Banff National Park overnight stay on Lake Louise, where the aquamarine waters are surrounded by glaciers and steep mountains. The hotel is the Lake Louise Inn.
Day 10
This morning we leave Lake Louise, en route to Banff visit the Columbia Icefield, located on the border of the Banff and Jasper National Parks it has one of the largest accumulation of snow and ice. Join us on the Ice Explorer excursion onto the Athabasca Glacier. We will be based in Banff Park Lodge for the next 3 nights.
Day 11
Today sightseeing tour of Banff, no tour would be complete without ascending Sulphur Mountain by gondola for a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountain ranges.
Day 12
Free day, explore this wonderful area further; enjoy the sulphur pools, or visit the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies.
Day 13
Morning is free in the afternoon we transfer to Calgary airport for the overnight flight back to the UK.

We arrive back at London LHR airport. |
