SEN School Transport
We have a proven track record in providing a reliable, efficient and quality SEN Transport Service to the London Boroughs. Our experienced management team and dedicated operational staff are customer focused and committed to providing quality services.
We also provide special equipment such as restraints and harnesses, and have communication through our Transport Office with councils, parents, escorts, drivers and schools.
We are the holders of an international/national PCV (Public Carriage Vehicle) Operators Licence as well as the new PHV (Private Hire Vehicle) Licence and operate many sizes of vehicles all of which are accessible for the wheelchair user. All our staff undergo a detailed CRB check and have basic training in:
- Passenger Safety & Child Passenger Safety
- Manual Handling ( W/C and Tail Lift ) Awareness,
- Health & Safety Awareness incl basic First Aid
- Accident & Emergency Procedures
We work closely with Local Authorities and Social Services to co-ordinate and meet the transport requirements, being well aware of the frail nature of the users - transporting clients with special needs such as:
- Home to School Transport for Children with special needs
- Transport for adults and young people to Day Centres, Colleges and Universities
