Chalfont Line Holidays have been offering Personal Assistance Packages at an additional cost to the less able for many years, enabling them to travel on our coach and flying holidays.
This dedicated service is tailor made to suit the individual needs of our clients.
All our escorted holidays are accompanied by an experienced Tour Manager and we only use high standards of services and facilities such as coaches, airlines, hotels, restaurants and guides.
Over the years, more and more of our clients choose to book our Personal Assistance Package because they know they will receive the personal service and attention that they can rely on to enjoy a hassle free holiday. Our supportive and friendly staff is committed to help in making your holiday relaxing and enjoyable
The Personal Assistance Package services are tailor made non-medical services and assistance to suit your needs, it can include pushing a wheelchair or to perform basic essential tasks of a personal nature like help with eating, bathing or dressing. This bespoke assistance offered is designed to suit your needs and requirements.
Clients requesting Personal Assistance will be required to tick the appropriate box on the booking form. Once we receive your booking form, you will be sent the Personal Assistance Package form for you to complete; we will then contact you, to establish the right assistance package to meet your individual needs.
The information collected will then be summarized in a Personal Assistance Cost (PAC) which you will be requested to sign. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the PAP cost your deposit will be refunded.
