We fly direct on scheduled flight from London Gatwick to Verona return.  On arrival we will be met by our wheelchair accessible coach for the transfer to the San Marco hotel, where we will be based for the duration of our holiday.

Explore romantic Verona during our guided city tour; see the magnificent Roman ruins, second only to Rome and the exquisite Piazza delle Erbe.  As a setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, the city is still a magnet for lovers.  Experience yours surroundings, squares paved with marble, and lined with the finest restaurants, bars and designer boutiques.  The highlights of our stay is a night at the Opera in the splendid settings of the Roman arena, enjoy watching and listening to celebrated sopranos and tenors.

Our next excursion is to the beautiful Lake Garda, which was formed by glaciers at the end of the ice age.  It is the most popular and the largest lake in Northern Italy; it borders three regions, Trentino to the north, Lombardia to the west and south and Veneto to the south and east.  Free time to enjoy and explore the narrow streets, or the numerous restaurants, shops and lake side bars.

Our final excursion is Venice, a city of unparalleled beauty; our local guide will show us the wonderful sights of this unique city.  Absorb the beauty of the criss-crossing canals, gondolas, arched bridges and quiet little piazzas.  There will be time to shop for unique gifts and enjoy some local cuisine.
